Hi

How did you specify the path of the image to PluginImg, when it worked
the last time you used it? The documentation page doesn't give any way 
to do so.

I don't think it is a bug. The Wiki-Syntax-Images page seems to be
incorrect. PluginImg seems to work okay, the way it is documented.
