Hi, I haven't been following this very closely, but, without more details, "path" often means the string indicating the file location in an operating system, like "C:\users\me\documents\myfile.pdf" on Windows. For web addresses, I usually think "URL" is the term to use, although I did come across "HTML path" when describing a web address like "../files/myfile.pdf".
