AFAICT, http://dev.tiki.org/File-Gallery (Tiki 23) is hitting a time-out. Converting the https://doc.tiki.org/Plugin-Alias (expressed as {wishes filtervalue="36" status="o"}) from https://doc.tiki.org/PluginTrackerList to https://doc.tiki.org/PluginList will surely speed up things quite a bit.

* Or the ​test upgrade (Tiki 24): http://nextdev.tiki.org/File-Gallery (u: next p: next), which  has an Execution time of 20-25 seconds.

According to https://dev.tiki.org/Tiki24 , the upgrade will happen on Jan 24th
