[Tiki-users] Linking to headings with unicode characters

Hi!

I have two headings in my test page: "!!! Überschrift" and "!!!
Ueberschrift". Linking to the first one with "((Mypage|#Überschrift))"
doesn't work. Linking to the second one with "((Mypage|#Ueberschrift))" 
does work.

There must be a problem with unicode characters in headings. Actually,
linking to "((Mypage|#berschrift))" works and it links to the "Überschrift"
heading. 

This looks like a bug to me. Is there a workaround?

I'm about to report this as a bug.
