[Tiki-users] How to import a tracker with full field format?

Hi.

I have a CSV file which I have exported from a tracker (in Tiki 24.0),
before I reinstalled Tiki (24.1). Now I want to reimport it.

Under "Manage Tabular formats -> Create tracker from file" there is the
"Simple headers" checkbox. The help says:  "Allow using field labels only as
a header row when importing rather than the full "Field [permName:type]"
format."

This checkbox is checked, grayed out and can't be unchecked. But my CSV does
have full headers, which describe the field properties.

I've made sure admin has all tracker and tabular rights and that trackers
and tabular formats are turned on. I've also searched in the control panels,
with no success. I've also searched doc.tiki.org.

To me the graying out of the "simple headers" checkbox looks like some
permission is missing. But which, and where?
