It's different now. I've tried all sorts of things and the "The page isn’t
redirecting properly" message is no more. Instead, I can't log in or out any
longer. There's the "Abmelden" ("log out") link in the top right corner, but
it doesn't open a logout window. Nothing at all happens. Only a blue frame
around the link appears.

I've done a new install from scratch, and the new problem is still present!
After "Configuration wizard completed" and clicking "Finish", I'm sent to "
https://localhost/tiki/tiki-index.php?page=HomePage". But that HomePage
doesn't seem to exist. And it's again the same with the "Abmelden" ("log
out") link in the top right corner.

Do you still think, that it might be a faulty certificate? I *have*
installed a new certificate latey. But, I mean, it worked after that. And it
affects only my Tiki installation (not my old MoinMoin or Nextcloud).
