[Tiki-users] Dump wiki pages / authentification scheme

Hi

I'm searching for a way to dump (all) wiki pages as HTML pages. 

I've tried wget, passing user and password on the command line. It doesn't
work, complaining "Unknown authentication scheme. Username/Password
Authentication Failed.".

It also doesn't work with curl, also passing user and password on the
command line, and additionally specifying the "--anyauth" argument. This
says that curl should figure out how to authenticate. It dumps a HTML page,
which consists of part of the "Permission denied. You can't view this page."
page. This page is some 400 lines long, with lots of Javascript...

How can the authentication be accomplished from a command line tool like
wget or curl..?

If I were to write a PHP script, which downloads the pages, rendered as
HTML, where should I start? tikilib? wikilib? Somewhere else?
