[Tiki-devel] IMPORTANT: Tiki25 release process

Dear Tiki community,

Tiki25 is one of the biggest Tiki releases ever:

So it's a big release, and we postponed the usual schedule to get more time for some major changes like https://dev.tiki.org/WYSIWYG-and-Markdown

Now, it's time to start the release process. Here is the release schedule: https://dev.tiki.org/Tiki25

So PHP8 support is postponed to Tiki26: https://doc.tiki.org/PHP8

We need to be __extra disciplined__ here. We have already used up our normal buffer period. If we miss our deadlines, the whole timeline will out of whack: https://tiki.org/Versions

So I ask you all to not get distracted (and not to distract others) by things unrelated these two priorities:
* Tiki25
* security issues (which are always a top priority)

Anything else should be postponed to after the release of Tiki 25.0

Our top focus for the release is to solve regressions from 24x to 25x and upgrade all our community sites to 25x. Please help report regressions:
