Hi again.

I've managed to push the maximum file size for the file gallery from 38 MB
to 164 MB. I've set the MySQL setting "max_allowed_packet" to 1000 MB and
the PHP setting "memory_limit" from 128 MB to 512 MB. 

There must still be more settings which limit the maximum upload size. I'm
not done with all your pointers yet.
