Related to this, while I can’t say it is a direct relation, I have seen a kind reversed behavior.

On a Tiki26 I’m running (the famous kindergarten of my wife) 🤣 using Chrome OSX.

I log as admin.
I switch to another user (a parent) and do stuff
I go back to the “login” page and logout.

The user (parent) seems to be in an in between state and can still see its stuff.
For an exemple clicking on the homepage link, he is redirect to its group homepage. (Something Anonymous shouldn’t be able to see).

I have to (hard) refresh the browser from the login page to be finally considered as anonymous and see the login module.
I can’t say it is happening 100% but it happened at least 3 or 4 times now. May be it help for diagnose your issue ?
