[Tiki-users] Problem on dev.tiki.org: write access wrongly denied

There seems to be a problem on dev.tiki.org. I'm reproducing what I've
written Bernard by personal mail:

"I tried to add what I learned about using the snap version of Node.js, to
the page "The Tiki 27 plus Build System" on dev.tiki.org, but it says that I
don't have write permission. (I'm logged in). (...)"

He said that I was registered and should have write access to that page. 

More reproducing:

"I've logged in, set my Javascript blocker to allow the two Google domains,
chose "Edit" from the "Page actions", edited the page a little, then clicked
on "Preview". At the top is a bubble with nothing but "403 error" in it.
Below is "Preview: The Tiki 27 plus Build System", with nothing below it (no
preview) but the text "Note: Remember that this is only a preview, and has
not yet been saved!".

"When I click on "Save" instead of "Preview", I get a page with the single
text "Forbidden  You don't have permission to access this resource."

"I've tried again, but it's the same."

"I've logged out and in again, but it's the same."

"I've tried it with Brave instead of Firefox - still the same."

"Now I've tried with Chromium, which isn't Firefox-based. It's still the
same."
