(what the h has happened to the sefurl on dev, by the way?)

and you're logged in as the user "vowy"?

I switched users to that and can see an edit button and action menu item on that page... and i made a small edit here:

    https://dev.tiki.org/tiki-pagehistory.php?page=The+Tiki+27+plus+Build+System&newver=14&oldver=13

Did i misunderstand?

This is in Safari on a Mac...
