Hello Volker,

In general (and by default), Tiki should not load nor even link to 
external sites.

So this is a bug. Thank you for bringing it up. It is to be fixed in 
27.x and master (future 28.x)

If there is a wish (issue) on dev.tiki.org for this, please let me know 
so I ask developer to update it when it's done.
