Okay, done. The issue seems to be registered and saved, but searching for
issues doesn't work in dev.tiki.org. I get:

"Malformed search query: Error connecting to Manticore service:
SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No route to host"

The new issue has the title "Markdown in Tiki 27 depends on external source
for the markdown- and the WYSIWYG-editor".
