[Tiki-users] Problem with older custom theme

Hi,

I have a custom-theme in an older Tiki installation (21 LTS). This no
longer seems to work in 27.2. Where can I find instructions on how to
adapt the existing theme to the new structure? 

I have read that the compilation of SCSS is now done differently. Is
that done automatically or via some console.php action? Do I have to
install additional software. (I just use the tar ball install).
