[Tiki-users] Can't subscribe the two newsletters

Hi

On https://tiki.org/tiki-newsletters.php , I can't subscribe to any of the
two newsletters (Tiki Releases / Tiki News). I get the very helpful message
"Error - Newsletter not subscribed", after entering my Email address and the
anti-spam field, and clicking on "Subscribe".
