Deprecation Ant Target

Hi Wyona developers,

for all our vi and emacs junkies :) I added an ant target
named "deprecation" that lists all deprecation warnings
in our code.

I would recommend to run it before committing Java code.
At the moment, there are some messages regarding Cocoon
components and DOM4j.
