Stable wyona releases

Dear wyona developers

As one of the "real" users of wyona cms (we publish the «unipublic» 
news-platform of the University of Zurich) I have two strong wishes:

First we would like to have stable and tested releases of wyona CMS. At 
the moment, all we can do is do a CVS update and pray that everything 
works fine. And from some quotes in this list the last few days it 
looks like chances are not very high at the moment. I can imagine of 
something like snapshots or releases, tagged with a version number. 
This would also make it easier to report bugs. But I'm sure you have 
ideas of your own already.

And second we would like to have some kind of separation between the 
cms and the publications (I mean my "personal" publications, not the 
sample pulications).
