Announce: Improved CVS commit list

Hi all

Some of you people might have noticed that there are a lot of exciting
developments happening with wyona/lenya lately. We are moving to
Apache, we have some very good new people on board and also partly
thanks to them the development is picking up speed.

If you really want to feel the pulse of the wyona/lenya development
you can monitor the (high traffic) wyonacms-cvs-commit list that we
improved with the new cvs setup so that you'll see for each commit:

* who did the change
* what files were changed
* what was the reason (commit message)
* what were the changes (as diff)
