Is activation.jar allowed to be in CVS?

Hi!

I just checked out the new lenya module from CVS and noticed, that 
activation.jar from Sun is checked in under lenya/lib/common.

I know that Cocoon doesn't include it and just gives a warning with the 
download location if it is not available.

Perhaps you should mind removing it or ask the cocoon developers, if it's 
allowed to stay there. It would prevent some licensing trouble this can 
cause.
