Cocoon Integration

Hi Wyona developers,

I have modified Lenya so that it "works" with the latest Cocoon
CVS version. At least, it compiles and the welcome screen and a
fragment of the OSCOM authoring screen are presented.

I would suggest that I check in the changes and we try to make it
work as soon as possible. The longer we work on different versions,
the more complicated the merging will be. From next week on I will
only be working for Wyona one day a week, so I'm afraid we have to
cooperate.

So, what do you think?

BTW: We had planned to provide a Lenya version that comes with
     Cocoon and a version without it, hadn't we? Shall we include
     it now, or is it better if everyone checks out Cocoon by
     her-/himself?
