Hi all
We're not only experiencing network problems at the moment but also
have quite a hard time making Lenya work since we integrated the
newest Cocoon.
At the moment Lenya brings me Cocoon fatal exception caused by
org.apache.cocoon.transformation.TextFragmentParserTransformer
I have the following setup:
j2sdk1.4.0
jakarta-tomcat-4.1.18-LE-jdk14
Cocoon CVS Head from Friday 2003-3-7
Lenya CVS Head from Friday 2003-3-7
According to Luca Morandi I also did the following:
Copy xerces-XXX.jar, xalan-XXX.jar, and the xml-apis.jar from the
lib/core/ to the $TOMCAT_HOME/common/endorsed directory.
I then built Cocoon and dropped the resulting war in the tomcat
webapps directory and tested with http://localhost:8080/cocoon which
seems to work.
But as I said above this doesn't seem to work for Lenya.
I will try the following things now:
1. Use tomcat 4.1.21 since that seems to work for Michi
2. Use j2sdk1.4.1
3. Use a newer Cocoon. Beware also that the Cocoon repository has been
split and you need to check it out differently. The new way to
check it out is as follows:
cvs -d :pserver:[email protected]:/home/cvspublic login
# ... use this password: anoncvs
cvs -d :pserver:[email protected]:/home/cvspublic checkout cocoon2.1
cvs -d :pserver:[email protected]:/home/cvspublic logout
