I think this is an excellent idea!

This looks like a good structure to me.

One thing I was missing: A topic "Application Support/ Application 
Integration". Here I would search for infos how to add extra 
functionality to the CMS and/or integrate my applications into the CMS. 
Maybe this chapter would find a place in "Related Topics".
