cvs cleanup of publications

Hi all

At the last meeting we discussed the moving of some publications to a
separate module. This has been made possible due to Michaels
enhancements of the build system and allows us to separate some
publications to a different module. This will also trim the size of
the normal download.

We discussed to keep the following publications in the lenya cvs
module:

computerworld
docs
lenya.org
nwt
oscom
unipublic

That implies that I'll move the following publications to a separate
module:

ethz-mat
forum
scratchpad
slides
tia
unilink
