Forrest for new documentation

Hi Lenya developers,

Gregor and I finished the prototypic integration of
Forrest as a Lenya publication for the new documentation.
The publication is located at pubs/docs-new.

For the time being, we just cleaned out the Forrest CVS
version and re-located the files so that they are
recognized correctly by the Lenya build process.
Aditionally, I added a patch to cocoon-xconf.xsl and
a section to build.xml that copies the Forrest libraries.

There are no documents in the content directory,
so you won't be able to see anything. To test the
publication, you can create a content/xdocs directory
and put the Forrest xdoc files in there.
