I see your point. I was just trying to keep the sample publication
radically simple.

Of course we can add some mechanism to define the order of the items
in the navigation. I just like it to be very simple.

Maybe the navigation files (i.e. the site.xml in forrest terms) could
be made editable with Xopus/Bitflux?
