First commit

Hi folks,

I just did my first ever commit to Lenya so I thought I better tell 
everybody in order that someone can confirm I got it right :-)

I changed one character in the forum/authoring-sitemap.xmap because it was 
not valid XML.

I'd appreciate being told that I wasn't stupid - I was expecting this to be 
caught and fixed by one of you lot before now :-)

(To re-iterate I am concentrating on the XML docs and sample publications - 
I don't intend to update the core Lenya code)
