I think it makes no sense to set up a virtual server of it's own for 
Lenya at the moment, wyona.org will fit the need, doesn't it? I would 
rather set up a NS entry for lenya.org, and provide a mapping to 
wyona.org for all services and subdomains. As soon as 
http://cocoon.apache.org/lenya/ (or any other URL) will be active it 
shouldn't be a big thing to redirect all request for www.lenya.org/** 
(or even www.wyona.org/**) to the cocoon server.

I hope, you'll soon find a  couple of minutes to feed the beast called 
bind. ;-)
