[Lenyacms-dev] Standard URI part naming

Hi all

Based on some extensive discussions we are updating and standardizing
some of our terminology:

The convention how we name parts of a request URI is as follows:

For a given request URI

/lenya/oscom/authoring/about_us/index.html

where

"lenya" = context-prefix

"oscom" = publication-id

"authoring" = area

"about_us/index.html" = document-id

I updated the documentation[1] and will update the source[2]
accordingly this afternoon.
