Mailman upgrade failed

Dear Group

On Friday we upgraded Mailman, but it didn't work as we expected.
Over the weekend emails didn't get forwarded to subscribers, but
it seems that at least emails didn't get lost and got resend this
morning after we downgraded mailman.

Please apologize the inconvenience.
