There it says for instance Last Authenticator: tia Each publication can have it's own authenticator and it tells you which one was the last one. But I think you are right it's confusing. These links do work if you have a previous version of Xopus installed, but since it wasn't Open Source until recently we couldn't ship Xopus together with Wyona. We are currently fixing that and are shipping the Xopus OS version together with Wyona within the next couple of days.
