list settings (was:beginner)

... look's like I was to quick in hitting "send". What I wantet to 
write ist the following:

I would really appreciate it, if replies to mails from the list would 
behave like I'm used to from other lists: The Reply-To should be set 
the list adress (eq. <[email protected]> ) and not to the 
original sender.

Am I the only one with this humble wish?
