XInclude Processor

I have finally migrated the XInlcude Processor developed within XPS into 
Wyona.
The interesting classes are org.wyona.xml.XPSAssembler and 
org.wyona.cms.cocoon.transformation.IncludeTransformer.
They are used by the "unipublic" and "nwt" publication.

One reason was that we were experiencing "Memory Leak" problems with 
Cocoon's XIncludeTransformer.
I will post a message into cocoon-dev within the next couple of days.

Another reason is that Wyona's XInclude Processor has some nice features 
(e.g. Loop detection without crashing) and is very stable.
