I totally agree with all of you that we need a "Getting started".
It would be great if you could write down a "contents", or what
you expect from a "getting started" (for instance: how do I modify the 
layout of the "Slashdot" publication, etc).

That's correct. We have a lot of Newspaper experience and we wanted to 
show that, but just didn't have time to "finish" it. But we should 
certainly indicate that this publication is really work in progress!

 However, for ETHZ-MAT everything seems to be in place.

What snapshot do you use? There might be an error within your snapshot.
We will start writing WebTests (similar to Junit!). We will use the 
following software: http://webtest.canoo.com/webtest/manual/WebTestHome.html

This is great software and I am sure will help us in the future to keep
the number of errors as small as possible.
That might be some form of contribution: Writing WebTests for Wyona 
based on the software above!
