You want to set up a web based Bookmarksystem where you can manage your 
bookmarks from different browser on your system and update this 
bookmarks with your "bookmark-server" (the web based bookmarksystem). 
Did I understood right?

FOr that the system has to have all of a mywyona. For that the system 
will develope the Useradministration.
