Yes, it should be working. Do you get an error message? What does it 
say? What publication did you try? Xopus should be working best in the 
"Wyona News and Comments" and the "OSCOM" publication.

What you need for Xopus to work in IE is the MSXML 4.0 package. You can 
get it here:

Since the bin distribution of Wyona is pretty old, you may want to try 
the nightly build:

Yes, it will. Xopus is a great product, and the version that is included 
in Wyona is open source and therefore will ever be.
