Data Persistence and File Generators

Hi all,

   I have been looking at WYONA for about a week now
and I have a decent grasp of cocoon.  The problem I am
facing now involves the location of some data.  I
installed wyona in the normal fashion and have been
trying out the forum publication.  The only problem is
when I make a change to an article in the forum, I
can't find where the change occured.  If I go to the
"article".xml file in the atricle sub-direcotry of
authoring, the original data is still there.  I looked
in the src, build, and usr/local/tomcat/webapps/...
locations of the wyona-cms install, but still was
unable to locate the information I entered in via
Xopus (eventhough the changes are visible when
browsing the forum).  Can anyone point me to the
location of this data?

Problem 2:
The next problem is similar to the one above.  In the
authoring view of the forum, I have about four
@sample@ listings, but have no idea why they are being
rendered since they are not in the articles directory
under the authoring directory of the forum pub?

Problem 3:
When cocoon is using a generator to write an xml file
to be passed to a serializer (e.g. article.xml), is
that file stored on disk?  I looked through the
various sitemaps and was unable to determine this.  I
also wondered how cocoon knew what the source/input
for this file being generated was?


Thanks for all and any help.  I sincerely hope to get
going with Wyona b/c it seems to be a great cms!
