Everything Cocoon is able to do, Wyona is able to do! And Cocoon has the "Data Abstraction Layer" implemented via the concept of generators. Wyona has to take care, that it's components are calling Cocoon and not any repositorties directly. This way we will never "hurt" the "Data Abstraction Layer" of Cocoon. But maybe you have to get a little bit more concrete about your call center: What features/use-cases does it need?
