A resource can be published on multiple pages: the details of a resource in
a page or in a list. I mean the dependency that if a resource is changed,
not the resource gets published, but the page(s) that contain the resource.

Menubar...., does this mean I can't have my own look & feel? I am working on
a "outlook web access" style admin user interface and wouldn't like changing
it.
