[ANNOUNCEMENT] Revision Controller implemented

Hi

We have finally added (migrated) the Revision Controller.
The Revision Controller has the following features:

- Reserved CheckOUT/IN
- Rollback (limited or unbounded)

You can try it out for instance within the "unipublic"
publication. Go to an article, e.g. "Leben mit tödlichem PIP3"
(authoring/magazin/gesundheit/2002/0465/index.html)
within the Authoring area (Editor's view).

Click on the menu "Edit" and start editing with your favorite
Editor by clicking on Xopus2 or Bitflux.
Save it and then click again on the menu "Edit" and on the menu
item "Rollback", where you will see your versions.
