Re: Lenya Name

Hi Roger, hello list,

it looks like we didn't do our homework properly. For my part I didn't 
ask my friend google if he knows Lenya. I guess he would have known... 
Anyhow, all over the world there are a lot of projects, firms, 
institutions et cetera sharing the same name. Mostly there is no 
problem with two or more parties using the same name, if their products 
diffenciate enough (I think diapers and CMS do), their markets are 
quite different and they are active in different countries. Although, 
you can't predict, that nothing is going to happen, I think in this 
case the chances are very good that it won't. However, maybe it's a 
good idea for someone who knows a layer to ask him a couple of 
questions over a coffee.

If there aren't any big problems arising, then from my point of view, 
is not necessary to rethink the chosen name
