The xsl file was certainly created by me, you can be sure of that.  I 
created it for the Apache Forrest project.  It's their default 
stylesheet.  Check out their committers page, you'll find my name.  It's 
very well possible that the stysheet has been changed already as the 
Forrest project is pretty active.
The xslt was created to be compatible with NS4.x, not an easy task!

I'll certainly check out OpenOffice.  I like the approach although I know 
some people will have difficulty with installing a full office application 
to do web editing. Don't laugh, I've had the remark before.

The WYSIWYG editor I use is not to be used in combination with the 
OpenOffice approach, it's an alternative that works pretty well for me.  I 
have chacked out Xopus and BitFlux, but I don't like eithe rf them.  Tehy 
are either too cumbersom or lacking functionality.
There has been a thread on the Forrest list about a browser based wysiwyg 
editor based on CSS.  I haven't checked it out, but the comments were 
pretty positive.
