Thanks very much finally we got it installed.
But this was not enough, we had to 
copy the endorsed.tar in to the tomcat\common
directory to made the binary version of the
lenya nightly build work.

Unfortunately most online editor examples 
don't work and many examples don't
work in the live mode.
Is this because of the changes to the
lenya environment?
For instance Forum worked good with
wyona and is not possible in Lenya for
the editor mode.

For us Lenya seems to be a great
choice for a future cms but with those 
failure in the publications it is difficult
to put more time in developing a new publications
for one of our clients. 
Is there one complete publication example as 
a starting point to develope a new publication.
