Cocoon clashing

Hi folks,

I've recently got caught by the "endorsed libraries" problem in Cocoon. 
Basically I was running Lenya nicely, (not perfectly though) and copied 
Cocoon back into a web app. However this is an old version of cocoon - and 
suddenly everything stopped working.

This is kind of worrying since many people will have legacy Cocoon 
applications that they want to run side by side with their Wyona/Lenya new 
versions.....

Am I doing something wrong in having a separate Cocoon directory?

Is there a way of taking an existing cocoon site and dropping it in to 
Lenya - without using any facilities of Lenya?
