Yes, we are setting up a new publication (called docs-new for now)
which uses the Forrest project. If you are familiar with Forrest
(which you might be since lots of Apache projects use it for
documentation) you'll be familiar with this publication.

At the moment there are only a couple of pages migrated from the
existing documentation which can be found in the docs publication.

That would be excellent. 

1. Check the existing documentation in the docs publication.

2. Check the structure that Felix has created for the new
   documentation.

3. Pick a topic that you'd like to write documentation for.

4. Send in a patch :-) (really dedicated people even turn into
   committers, like Alex :-))
