Xaraya Logo Contest

Logo submission is now officially closed. We received 49 entries from 16
artists. It is very exciting to see such an abundance of creative energy
directed towards our project. We appreciate everyone being patient while we
sorted through a few technical difficulties getting our voting mechanism
online.

As of this morning, voting officially opened. We ask everyone to take a
moment to visit http://logo.ursastudios.com, review all of the entries,
register and cast your vote. As outlined in the contest rules, this round of
voting will narrow the field to ten finalists from which Xaraya's Project
Management and Communications Committees hope to choose the finalist.

Due to our late start, we have extended the voting period a bit. Voting will
now close at Noon GMT, Sunday March 02 2003. The ten finalists will be
listed on Xaraya.com that day. The winner should be announced the following
Sunday, March 09, 2003.
