Xaraya .9.1.3 Released

It is my pleasure to announce the release of the .9.1.3 Beta for Xaraya.
This release fixes many of the blockers that we have for the impending 1.0.0
release.  There is also quite a bit of new functionality within the modules.
We thank you all for the feedback in forms of feature requests and bug
submissions and ask that you keep it flowing.

A brief summary of the changes follows.

- The roles UI has been redesigned using a tab interface for better
usability.
- The translations module has been overhauled to allow for more
functionality as well as better indication of translations needed.
- Exceptions system bug fixes, as well as better handling of errors.
- Better XHTML compliancy throughout.
- Pager rewritten.  Much more flexible and configurable.
- Better PostNuke legacy run mode.  More PostNuke modules run with .9.1.3
than ever before.
- New Dynamic Data Property types
- Multi-Module display capable on any page.
- PHP-Mailer class updated to latest release for better mail performance
- Module Developer Guide and Xaraya Guide updated.  Better documentation on
this release than ever before.
- Better JavaScript handling for module developers.
- ModRewrite support to remove index.php when using short urls.
- Initial page cache support in tests folder.  This will be the crux of the
next release with 70% better performance.
- Many new modules in both the full and base distributions.  SiteTools,
KeyWords, WorkFlow, Scheduler, TimeZones, and many more.
- Module changes and fixes too extensive to list.

And much more. The changelog can be found on SourceForge as usual which is
merely for the core.  The modules changelog is 4 times as large.  This
release will be one of the final benchmark releases before the .9.9 series
which will begin the release candidate series for the 1.0.0 release.  Final
touches left are the UI consistency and performance.  As mentioned in the
notes above, the final touches are being placed on the cache system and as
such should make their way in the next release.

I appreciate all the work that everyone has done, from the developers doing
bug fixing, to everyone that is doing the testing and reporting. We still
need the help and the ideas, so please do not hesitate to pose a new idea or
bug report in the Bug Tracker.
