Xaraya .9.1.4 Released

Xaraya .9.1.4 offers minor bug and feature enhancements over the .9.1.3
release.  It is in response to the localized issues that have been reported.
This release is intended to improve stability during a longer development
cycle to move into the 1.0.0 release candidate cycle.



We had hoped to have a slightly longer development cycle and include the
cache changes; however, these did not make it into this release.  We
appreciate all the feedback on the .9.1.3 release, and we believe that
.9.1.4 addresses the reported issues on the installing and upgrading
functions.  Thanks to all for the help and contributions!
