Xaraya 1.0.0 RC1 release

The first release candidate of the Xaraya 1.0.0 package is now=20
available. This release should be considered a preview with the majority=20
of the 1.0.0 release scenarios merged into the stable tree. This signals=20
the end of the 1.0.0 development tree with the finishing touches being=20
placed on the core functionality. We expect this will be the first of=20
several release candidates in quick succession as we close in on the 1.0=20
version

The current RC contains some 30+ bugfixes to the previous version=20
0.9.13. In addition, several repository scenarios have now been added to=20
the codebase:

     * an updated version of adodb
     * enhancements to short url functionality
     * DD properties can be defined within each module's folder system
