Xaraya 1.0 is here!

The wait is over. Xaraya 1.0 is an Open Source web application framework, 
written in PHP, that provides the requisite stability, performance, security 
and extensibilty to turn your web designs and ideas into a reality. If you 
need web solutions, then Xaraya is all you need.

As a developer of simple, elegant or advanced enterprise solutions your 
tools are Xaraya 1.0 Core and its module APIs, hooks, custom tags, dynamic 
data, event and authentication plugins.  A full range of 3rd party plugins 
extends the tool set and functionality further. As a web designer Xaraya 1.0 
Core Block Layout templating engine provides you with the power to paint 
whatever you can dream.

Combined, these two aspects provide the tools to build the look and 
functionality you need, efficiently, effectively and with a means to easily 
extend and adapt into the future.

This release marks the end of the road to 1.0 and presents a secure and 
stable platform on which to build into the future. Many smaller fixes to the 
code are included and some template inconsistencies have been removed.

Noteable changes for Xaraya 1.0 Core since Xaraya 1.0.0 RC4 include:

    * MLS that uses UTF-8 locale internally and supports transliteration
       and real time encoding conversion to the php cache
    * Further template reviews with inconsistencies removed
    * Template structure for property list brought in line with object list
    * Roles tabbed interface template review
    * Consistency and content changes to the core overviews and templates
    * Several fixes to dynamic data properties
    * Optional url parameter 'table' for modifyprop function to allow
       extra tables to be seen as datasources
    * Translations in dd properties which include ML constructs
